		<description>I think we actually want a mixture or more - a choice. The ability to work in a quiet space undisturbed some times, and the chance to work and interact with others. The issue is more management culture rather than physical need and while we have managers who are uncomfortable about managing teams by outcomes rather than presence, there will still be a need for offices. We had a speaker at the Annual Conference who talked about an initiative in the Netherlands of localised offices, a sort of Regus but at a lesser price. I can see this approach being the way of the future and the Olympics in London are going to be the catalyst.</description>
